For $7 more, get an address too.
Unlimited package pickup is $20 a month. A Small Mailbox Plus is $27 and includes the same package service, plus your own locked box and a real street address you can put on a business card or an order form.

Common questions
Do I need a mailbox to use this?
No. Package Pickup works on its own. You'll get a pickup number to put on your orders.
Which carriers can deliver here?
UPS, FedEx and Amazon all deliver to us. Package Pickup does not take USPS parcels. If you get things through the Post Office too, a Mailbox Plus covers all of it, and we can set one up in about fifteen minutes.
How long will you hold something?
Come get it within a week or so. If you're going to be away, just tell us and we'll keep an eye on it.
How will I know it arrived?
We let you know the day it lands, by phone or email.
Can I send returns from here?
Yes. Bring the item and your return QR code or label and we take care of it at the counter. If you do not have a label we can print one for you.
What else can you do at the counter?
We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet and a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, and we handle USPS as well. That includes certified mail with a return receipt. The one thing we cannot do is registered mail.
