Before you come in

Bring two forms of identification so we can complete and witness your USPS Form 1583. One with a photo, like a driver's license, a passport or a matricula consular. And one more showing your home address, like a current lease, a vehicle registration or an insurance policy.

A Social Security card, a credit card or a birth certificate will not work for either one. The address on your ID should match the address you gave above.

We will call or email you the same day. Nothing is charged until you come in.
